A brand and product repositioning for a family-run business that handcrafts interactive, analog sensory experiences.

 
 

Imaginative and calming, Olander Earthworks’ Wonderscapes meld physical touch and movement with creative exploration in a beautiful tabletop package. A handmade tray containing fine crystalline sand is the medium for meditative map-making with patterned concrete spheres.

 
 

Our over-stimulated digital lives have illuminated the need for slower, more tactile experiences. Moving Olander Earthworks’ from toys and games to the Wellness category created opportunity to reach a much wider demographic of users and an ability to delve into specialty markets such as therapy tools.

 
 

A logo that alluded to modern craft and the workshop-made nature of the products was developed.

 
 

A secondary mark playing off the O in Olander reflected the patterning elements of the Wonderscapes spheres. A vibrant dot in the corner kept things lively. Four color variations allowed for a more eclectic feel in the usage.
